Was a convenient base for vacation. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Forum Cultural Guanajuato was comfy and exceptionally nice.

Good and marvellous location, within easy walking distance of Arco Triunfal de Leon Monument. The room was comfy, the staff was very courteous and amiable. Wonderful bathroom and large bed.

Particularly good and great location adjacent to the bus station, I felt safe. It was just a short stroll away from Comicx, serving fast food. The rooms were spacious with breakfasts included, the staff were friendly.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the great staff. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I loved the fact that there was parking available. The location was perfect as it was close to some transportation hubs, and the breakfast served was delicious.

This hotel has a great location, being so close to the bus station. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is clean and well-stocked. The staff is outstanding, as they are polite and very helpful when it comes to giving advice or directions. Breakfast is sumptuous and filling enough to get your day started right. The view from the rooftop is stunning and the strong Wi-Fi is an added bonus.
The noise level from other guests can be quite high at times, which can be a bit of a turn-off if you value your peace and quiet.

The hotel was conveniently located near the bus station, making it easy for us to travel around the city. The room was clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a pleasant temperature inside. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The hotel also had a good selection of cable channels, including CNN. We appreciated that they had water available in the lobby for refilling our water bottles.

During my thanksgiving stay, I found the hotel to be a good place to sleep. The room was cleaned every day without having to ask, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel had a consistent and fast wifi connection that I used regularly.
The noise levels were a bit of a problem. There were loud guests in the hotel during my stay, which made it difficult to sleep.
